Preparation

  4. Pour coconut mixture over chocolate and stir until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean bowl.
  6. Distribute the mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Top with non-dairy whipped cream and fresh zest before serving.
