Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Divide the dough into three equal portions.
  7. Stir in the powdered freeze-dried strawberries into one portion and matcha powder in another.
  8. Take one tablespoon of each flavored dough and gently combine them into a single ball.
  9. Roll each dough ball in granulated sugar and place them on your prepared baking sheets.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Cool on sheets for 10 minutes.
