- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare two baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed butter mixture and mix until just combined.
- Divide the dough into three equal portions.
