  • 2 large Eggs essential for binding the wrap together
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese swap with mozzarella for a different taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust to taste or use fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning customize with your favorite dried herbs

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with greased parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until set and lightly golden. Check at 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Gently peel the wraps off the parchment paper and slice into desired sections.
