- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with greased parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until set and lightly golden. Check at 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Gently peel the wraps off the parchment paper and slice into desired sections.
