  1. Begin by peeling and chopping 3 to 4 ripe kiwis into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis with ¾ cup of sugar, the juice of 1 lemon, and ½ cup of water. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4 to 5 hours, stirring every couple of hours.
  4. Once fully frozen, use a fork to scrape the sorbet and serve immediately.
