In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets in a separate pot for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Once the turkey is cooked, add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet. Pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
