  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower chopped into small florets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

  3. While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets in a separate pot for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  4. Once the turkey is cooked, add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet. Pour in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice. Stir everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
