Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the core intact. Slice the cauliflower into ¾-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until combined.
  4. Use a pastry brush to generously coat both sides of each cauliflower steak with the garlic oil mixture.
  5. Arrange the brushed cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip each cauliflower steak carefully and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the tops. Roast for another 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
