Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can 16 ounces refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the cheddar cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese to the beef mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Place the filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
