Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to 425°F (218°C) and slice ciabatta rolls in half.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and let sit.
  3. Grill the bacon on indirect heat for about 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  4. Grill the seasoned chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
  5. Add cheese to chicken in the last 1-2 minutes of grilling.
  6. Grill sliced red onion and pepper for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Toast ciabatta rolls on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
  8. Assemble the sandwich with grilled ingredients and mayonnaise.
