- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Stir well.
- Pour in 2 cups of almond milk and drizzle in 2 tablespoons of honey (or maple syrup). Mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds.
- Divide the mixture into two airtight containers, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Slice your choice of fruits into small pieces and layer them on top of the oat mixture.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate. Allow to soak for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of almond milk if needed. Top with extra fruits or nuts.
