Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare a baking tray.

- Arrange flour tortillas on a baking tray and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on each. Bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove tortillas from the oven and carefully place a hard taco shell on each, pressing down to help them stick together.
- Fill the hard taco shells with the seasoned ground beef mixture and top with shredded lettuce.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the meat and lettuce, and add more cheese if desired. Drizzle with Spicy Ranchero Sauce.
- Serve warm immediately, and enjoy your homemade Cheesy Gordita Crunch Tacos.

Notes
Consider making the taco meat in advance for convenience. Use fajita-sized tortillas for better assembly and keep toppings separate until serving for freshness.
