Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare a baking tray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain fat and add taco seasoning and recommended water, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Arrange flour tortillas on a baking tray and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on each. Bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  4. Remove tortillas from the oven and carefully place a hard taco shell on each, pressing down to help them stick together.
  5. Fill the hard taco shells with the seasoned ground beef mixture and top with shredded lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle diced tomatoes over the meat and lettuce, and add more cheese if desired. Drizzle with Spicy Ranchero Sauce.
