- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Unroll and separate the crescent dough into individual triangles, pressing the seams together.
- Spread ½ tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each crescent triangle. Add ½ ounce of corned beef, ½ ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of well-drained sauerkraut.
- Roll up each crescent triangle from the wide end toward the point, tucking in the filling as you go.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing on the side.
