Ingredients

For the Dough
  • 1 package Crescent Rolls Provides a flaky, buttery crust; substitute with puff pastry for a richer texture.
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Corned Beef The main protein providing a savory, hearty taste; use turkey or brisket as a lighter alternative.
  • 8 ounces Swiss Cheese Melts beautifully to complement the other flavors; Gruyère cheese can be used for a sharper taste.
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Offers a tangy crunch; must be drained to avoid sogginess. Cabbage could be used as an alternative.
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing Adds creaminess and tang; can be substituted with Russian dressing for a different flavor profile.
Optional Topping
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs For an added crunch, sprinkle on top before baking.
