Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce leaves separated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. While the beef is cooking, prepare the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Once the beef is cooked, assemble the wraps. Take a lettuce leaf and add a scoop of the cooked beef, followed by cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped dill pickles.
  4. Drizzle the special sauce over the top of the fillings and fold the lettuce leaf around the ingredients to form a wrap.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
