Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, add graham crackers and pulse until they form fine crumbs. Combine crumbs with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Blend fresh mango, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
  5. Pour the mango custard into the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
  7. Cool the pie at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
