Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter and ½ tablespoon of colorful holiday sprinkles. Press firmly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and ½ tablespoon of festive sprinkles, then spread over the crust.
  4. Whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk for 2-3 minutes until thick. Fold in another ½ tablespoon of colorful sprinkles and spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer, then sprinkle with crushed Oreo cookies and any leftover holiday sprinkles.
  6. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
