Preparation Steps
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually mix in cranberry sauce and chopped herbs until well combined.
- Lay out tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a layer of the cream cheese and cranberry mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, applying gentle pressure to keep the filling inside.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Remove the plastic wrap and slice the rolls into pinwheels about 1-inch thick. Arrange slices on a festive platter.
