  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 0.5 cup Plain Flour Or chickpea flour for gluten-free

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander Finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Oil for Frying Vegetable oil recommended

  2. Combine Ingredients: Add red onion, garlic, spices, tomato puree, flour, parsley, and coriander to the crumbled tofu and mix well.
  3. Shape Kebabs: Form the mixture into approximately 12 small kebabs, ensuring they are compact.
  4. Cook Kebabs: Heat oil in a skillet and fry the kebabs until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Drain and Serve: Let the kebabs drain on paper towels, then serve warm with rice or pita.
