Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about ¾ inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Add oil to prevent sticking if using a skillet.
  4. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While patties are cooking, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Thin with warm water until smooth.
  6. To assemble, spread peanut sauce on the bottom of each bun, add a patty, drizzle more sauce, and layer on vegetables before topping with the bun.
  7. Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
