For the Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic can substitute with garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce can substitute with soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Golden Mountain sauce omit if unavailable
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar can substitute with brown sugar

Method
 

Marinade and Grill
  1. Make Marinade: Crush garlic and mix with oyster sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, and white sugar.
