  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries ripe and sliced
For the Frosting
  • 1 container Strawberry frosting store brand or homemade

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix with 2 cups of whole milk until thickened.
  2. Fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping and set aside.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the cheesecake pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the strawberries, then pour the remaining pudding mixture over it.
  6. Finish with another layer of sliced strawberries.
  7. Add a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Heat the strawberry frosting in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, then pour over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Garnish with fresh strawberries or powdered sugar before serving, then slice and enjoy.
