Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop 1 pound of fresh strawberries into half-inch pieces, and combine with ½ cup of white sugar in a sealable jar. Seal and let sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  2. Boil 2 cups of filtered water, let cool for 30 seconds, then pour into a teapot. Add 2 tablespoons of Earl Grey tea leaves or 2 tea bags and steep for 3-5 minutes.
