Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda like Sprite or 7UP
  • 1 cup light rum optional, for adult version
  • 1/2 cup grenadine
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 orange thinly sliced
  • Ice enough to fill the bucket
  • Gummy candies mini umbrellas, or paper straws (optional for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Add the fruit to a clean sand bucket or large punch bowl: strawberries, pineapple chunks, and orange slices.
  2. Fill the bucket with ice.
  3. In a separate pitcher, mix together the pineapple juice, coconut cream, orange juice, lemon-lime soda, and rum (if using).
  4. Pour the drink mixture over the ice and fruit.
  5. Slowly pour grenadine around the edges so it creates a “sunset” effect.
  6. Garnish with gummy candies, fruit skewers, or mini umbrellas.
  7. Serve with colorful straws or sand shovels for scooping!
