- Place halved chicken breasts into a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour in half of the prepared marinade.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil until shimmering.
- After the chicken is seared, reduce the heat and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Transfer the chicken and sauce to your pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release or allow for a natural release.
- Transfer the Thai Sweet Chili Chicken to a serving platter and garnish with sliced green onions and lime wedges.
