Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
